Hello, I'm Lilly, an illustrator and printmaker from rural North Wales.

My work is inspired by British rural heritage, nature & wildlife, folklore and artisan food. I live in the countryside and I am able to create my work from observation of rural life, whether that be a swan drifting over the River Dee, a wildflower meadow dipped in dew, a delicious platter of farm house cheese, a farmer working with tool in hand.

I primarily work with the mediums of printmaking and pen/ink drawings and collage.

My first book - "Our Isles - A celebration of Rural Trades and Traditions", published by Pavilion Books is available at many wonderful independent book shops across the UK and beyond. The accompanying exhibition for the book was held at the wonderful Oriel Davies from 2020-2021.

All of my work has been handmade in the UK and I love to work with recycled  papers and environmentally friendly inks.

I currently split my time between my home in North Wales and Dorset, where I live with my fiancé Angus.   For updates and more of my work (I'm much more up-to-date over there!) please check out my instagram page, linked below:
